Em Matthews is an Australian designer, with over 18 years of industry experience.
She is currently the Head of Creative at Fortis, where she leads a growing team of designers, creating distinctive and effective brands across a range of markets, be it commercial, residential, hospitality, or place, in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. She focuses on creating a positive work culture, empowering her team to take risks and push boundaries.
Em loves to explore human behaviour, uncover key insights, and strives to create purposeful design solutions that are effective and beautifully crafted.
She actively participates i​​​​​​​n the design community, judging awards and mentoring young designers.
